thanks for the suggestions . i eat a mixed diet , however i dont eat enough fruit and veg. i have only just heard of nightshade veg so i am going to try do without those, i dont eat alot of meat compared to some. i try and eat fish as often as i can. the water diet sounds good i will give that a try. what is the lapis drink and can you tell me more about the honey.
