Re: DHEA and Pregnenolone- side effects vs benefits

Thanks BK,

Fact is, I live in a super-stressed-out environment at this time, and have suffered a lot of trauma in the past. Based on what I've read recently (on this site, from a naturopath personally, and elsewhere) my adrenals are very much depleted, and this problem needs to be addressed promptly, in order for other important healing to take place within my body.

The candida and gluten intolerance issues are a lot to deal with simultaneously, especially since I'm on a fairly restrictive diet already. I eliminated sugar and junk food from my diet along time ago. So, I'm presently trying to structure balance into my diet, while also correcting existing physical issues.

I know that removing stress is vital to well-being, and that is what I'm attempting to do now. I'm not in a position to leave this abode anytime soon, and I believe it's a viscious circle- my adrenals being in s somewhat weakened state, I tend to be more reactive to the stresses that already exist in my environment.

I agree that it may take time to get things right, and mineralizing the body and normalizing proper pH levels is important as well. And I am grateful for the existence of this board and site. The information I've received recently amazes me.
