Re: I'm a bit gloomy on my 6th day.

There are many factors affect our decisions. We live in a society where job/work is vital for your survival. My dreams about eating food made me think i have to do it. I am very pleased that my cysts have disappeared, which was my goal. May be I should have said, I wish I COULD have continued a few days more. This was my first 22 Day fast. I have always fasted from one to three days.
