thanks, i cant sleep 9 hours.. probably because of my liver now.. :S .. who knows? but i want to try the liver cleanse and see the effects. i just have no idea where to buy Epsom Salts ?! :(

p.s. on the zinc issue.. i am taking zinc tablets.. dont think its helping, so i might already be zinc loaded.. it must be my liver what was im thinking.. water retention is a major factor of acne.. water retention is caused by a slow or congested liver is what i hear.. heh, thanks though. really appreciate it.
