People seem to react differently. Take less next time if reaction too strong. I seem to be getting
somewhat resistant to Mg by now, so I will go up in dose again. If you have someone to get
Mg Citrate for you instead ("or citrate of magnesium"): I have been taking it ever since my first encounter
with Epsom Salts .
Since citate can also be used as a replacement for lemon in salad dressings (now don't scream everybody
we used it when lemons were not available which happened in some countries) and it is part of some
metabolic pathways, it probably is not bad, I think it is in some tart candy kids eat.
If you are stuck with the Epsom Salt tonight since you may not want to leave the house, try to mix it
with any juice available. Let me know if it helps please.
