Like just chew away on 3 cloves twice a day or something? I use 2- 3 cloves a day in my cooking but it's for the whole family so I'm probably not getting enough fresh.... What about lacto-fermented garlic... that would probably be good too right?
And how do you take your coconut oil? just off a spoon or do you mix it with anything? I have coconut oil that I was using in smoothies with greens plus, but since I can't have sweetener and smoothies are mostly high Sugar fruits I've been staying away from them.
