I chop 2-4 cloves a day and eat with whatever I eat at the moment,
long time ago I loved bread with butter and garlic but I dropped bread
so no I add to e.g. eggs or rise with beans etc.
Coconut oil I just take 2-4 tablespoons a day, in cooler days it is not fluid but like butter, quite tasty. But you can add I've read even to tea, making your drink very energetic. Remember though it has to be virgin, unrefined.
