Hi, Rog.

I was wondering, is Lipoic Acid the same as Alpha Lipoic Acid? I also want to thank you for sharing information about low blood sugar, which I am afraid I suffer from as well. I am just learning what to do about it. Also, I am doing a trial of candida treatment, to see if I possibly have that.
