Can I Do a Master Cleanse In This State of Health?

I have eczema for quiet a while now due to a drug reaction YAY, I have been trying to cure it I've done parasite cleanses and 20 Liver Flushes so far but only about 50% progress and because of the openings in the skin I have a staph infection DOUBLE YAY! I have two fairly big boils under my arm and by my butt the upper part my body is trying to heal but it looks like I need to do something more so instead of juice fasting why not go all the way and do the MC. Two questions. 1, Can I do The Master Cleanse with my bacterial staph infection, will it help? and 2. All I can find is grade A maple syrup is this fine? Grade B or C is recomended from what I read.
