I drink ginger water all day long and occasionally essaic tea. I drink the pysillium and de I intend to incorporate cayenne pepper into my everyday cooking. I eat no breads or pasta and my Sugar intake is down to 11 grams per day. I eat chicken and eggs still though. I take oreganol oil and tons of other stuff to help the cleanse along. I will try all that glaxony has suggested but if anyone has anything else please don't hesitate to suggest away.
