I do hot vinyasa flow everyday and I am going to try and continue to do it while water fasting. The rest of the day I will be laying flat on my back resting in my bed - since I'm not working right now. I've been fasting for more then 24 hours.
I find that exercise and sweating really motivates me to keep fasting. If I do NOTHING other then lay around, I lose my motivation to fast very quickly .
I know it's probably not recommended - but it feels like it might work, as I feel very strong right now. Any comments on this?
