Fair enough, I agree with your point - most anything will have a level of toxicity level at some point.
Yeah - I sprout all kinds of things. I still have a real sensitivity to mold, so I have to be a bit careful. I think it's part of the remnents of my dysbiosis/candida history.
I've been wanting to try out some tray sprouting, as I've got a nice little tray ready to roll. Usually work with the gallon jars though. Sprouting sunflower seeds and various soaking methods as what I do most frequently.
I get fantastic results when I put a dropper of that Living Stream Probiotic in the initial soak of water.
Have been considering playing a little with ormus or the sea water residue as well. It's just interesting to me to learn what one can do for themselves.
