I'm in a little discussion with some people about fasting, and there is one dude who is pretty sure that you shouldn't fast at all if you are skinny, and that if you are "skinny" fasting is bad for you. But I know Shelton has said that skinny people CAN fast safely and that they actually end up having better absorption in stomach after a fast -
