I bought a batch ionizer. The machines work by way of providing copious amounts of negative hydrogen which according to websites is the ultimate antioxidant.
It will detox the body, did I get any great benefits? I did not use it long enough (?) to see effects -the jury is still out for me.
The machines are very expensive, and IMO overpriced. There are plans on the internet to build a cheap version (under $50) - or the same version someone builds for about $150.... you could try it (cheaper version) to see if it helps you.
Alkalizing drops have been developed by a Japanese man that is a cheaper way, but I am not sure if it provides the negative hydrogen like the machines, they are definately alkaline.
I also purchased a Wellness Filter, I got results with this... I think there is a Korean knockoff that is much cheaper.
