I am very found of chocolate and I have been drinking unsweeetened cocoa - no stevia - just the pure powder on the ground that it is full of antioxydants. After a year or so I came to find out I had developped serious adrenal issues because cocoa contains cafeine.
Now I have found a solution. I use carob with stevia to obtain an equivalent to drinking hot cocoa. You will find carob at your local health store. I like it especially with stevia (more than xylitol) for it gives a bitter taste to the mix.
