Re: question about kidneys

Both older sisters have had kidney transplants.
NOT GOOD

Each had an issue with protein levels for years until their creatinine levels warranted dialysis and then eventually transplants.
HUNG OUT WITH DOCTORS WAY TOO LONG.

I feel like I'm next in line.
THEN YOU WILL BE, UNLESS YOU CHANGE YOUR LINE OF THINKING.

I have a +4 level in protein,
THEN YOU LIKE THOSE DOCS AS WELL.

although I'm not quite sure what that means exactly. My doc said creatinine level is ok, just need to monitor protein level. No diabetes or high blood pressure. Anything I can do right now to help the kidneys?
