Isn't an orange fast too much sugar? Too acid? Wouldn't a green veggie juice fast be better? He sounds like he has some serious candida going on here...and if the adrenals are taxed a fast is too hard on them, I can't do a total fast because I am hypoglycemic due to my weak adrenals.
