First, I am so sorry to hear you are going through all of this. I am right there with you on most of your symptoms and they make life extremely difficult. The good news is you are on the right path. There is no one miracle cure and this will take time to heal, but as long as you see minor improvement along the way, you will have hope. The canida diet is designed to help ease your symptoms...the worse your diet is, the worse you are going to feel. Find the foods/drinks that you are allergic or sensitive to and get them out of your diet. Most likely, they are gluten and/or casein related. Get yourself a really good probiotic and take it religiously. You should also find an anti-fungal that works for you and you will know by symptoms of die off. Start slow and work your way up. Bentonite(detoxing volcanic ash), psyllium (colon cleansing fiber) and liquid caprylic acid are a good regimen to start. You mix a tablespoon of each of the 3 together and take once or twice a day. You HAVE TO get the bowels moving to rid the candida. Colloidal Silver is also a great way to kill pathogens and boost your immune system. You have to take a lot though...4 ounces the first few days split into 2 doses and 2 ounces a day after that until symptoms subside. As for the liver, milk thistle and dandelion are great. They can be taken with 2 ounces of aloe vera juice at bedtime. Your liver loves broccoli, cabbage and cauliflower. Diet does play a huge role in that you are equipping your body with the nutrients it needs to fight this horrible beast. I wish you the best of luck.
