Hey Rob! I am on day 10 now and I found that I didn't have to drink much water at all during the earlier period, but I have increased my water intake. Drinking water seems to help with some of my detox symptoms. I don't guzzle it though; I never drink more then 2 cups at a time, just more frequently then I was.
I think you should listen to your body. If it's between eating food or maintaining your fast with more water, then I would drink more water.
