well i cant stop eating dairy. i want, no wait i NEED a juice fast but am having the hardest time stoping this dary crap iv been eating. i hope this stops soon my poop is sinkin and smelling really bad. some thins going to happen either ill get sick with a flu or somethin else. then maybe ill have to fast. just though you might like to know. take care everyone Tweet
