Hoping to contact RG

While I do understand that it's the festive season and everyone is in the holiday mood I still happen to be suffering immensely it is 12pm in my country and I am writing this unable to sleep. If you are reading this RG I still haven't received my order - I'm the customer from South Africa, it is well past the 10-14 days that I am told it takes to receive it please tell me what you can do to help me out here I AM NOT KIDDING WHEN I SAY I AM DYING. Also my skin itches terribly at night and I have this terrible rash thats blackening my skin and its spreading no matter what I try, any idea as to what this is?
