Hey everyone! I feel like I'm reaching a turning point in my fast. I am detoxing emotionally (meditation/breathing/surrender = key) but physically I am feeling better then ever. I can't wait to see where this leads. One thing I noticed the past few days is that I am getting some knee pain in both of my knees, at the top of the kneecap. I have damaged my knees in the past from running too much, so I wonder if there is some deep healing going on? Or perhaps it is my body's way of saying that it's time I move around more on my fast, do more walking and stretching?
