Patti.....Try juicing just carrots...but get either organic
at the health food store...or Green Giant brand is good...also
California something. Add just a golden delicious apple to
that....don't add apple to any other vegetable juice. Try just
a good brand of carrot...and apple. It's DELICIOUS...you're
just adding too much. A handful of spinach makes the juice
sweeter and good...and is so good for a cleansing drink.
Celery is good for the nerves...and blood pressure...and
parsley is good for cleansing the kidneys...only use a few
sprigs of that to a glass. Kale is just good for everything...
soooooo full of cholorophyll and that's about the most healing
thing there is.
I've never juiced garlic! YUCK!!! :-) And lemon...all you
need to do is squeeze a whole lemon in a glass of room temp
water and drink it right down...best on an empty tummy. Do that
several times a day...or at least 2 or 3. That is so good
for your liver.
You're just trying to do too much too fast, that's all.
Just start over...and make some carrot and apple. Sometimes
I've gotten carrots that just had a tangy taste...but if you
have good carrots, it's just delicious. Good luck.
