WHOA !!!! You're taking in wayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy too much spinach! Spinach
naturally stimulates peristalsis action (makes your bowels move). You should
not take in more than one or two ounces of spinach a day, maximum.
Same with parsley....it's wayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy too strong to use too much.
one part parsley with 10 parts other juices is plenty. Go easy on both spinach
