Carrot juice has a mild peristalsis action...but not nearly as strong as spinach.
However...keep on juicing...because that's just about the quickest way to keep
and restore your health.
Search the internet or get a couple of good books on juicing...now I'm not talking
about the 'fancy' juicing books on the market today...go to Amazon or even ebay
and find "Fresh Vegetable and Fruit Juices" by N.W.Walker...or "God's Way To
Ultimate Health" by George Malkmus...those are two of the best all time books on
health and juicing in my opinion. ANYTHING by N.W. Walker pertaining to your health
is worth it's weight in gold. These books are older...in plain english...and just
crammed full of information we all need.
