I'm really interested as to why this would happen, I have had a lot of problems with my blood glucose levels over the years. I have never had high BSL, my problem has always been low BSL to the point of coma twice in the last 5 years. I have always craved carbs and sugar. Since starting Iodine supps, my BSL is stable at 3.8 to 5, It is a bit low for the docs liking, but it has been stable for months now, I do a BSL check everyday, and its is so stable its getting boring :)this has never happened before but is a good thing. I have read a little on the thyroid and regulating BSL, but this does not explain my now aversion to anything sugary or refined carbs, eg: cakes, pastry, bread, pasta etc. Maybe a psychological thing????
