Dewormer

I have a supply of your wonderful Dewormer however lost and forgot the instruction for it. Can you please tell the amount to take it? and how long?
I also have your kidney cleanse formula and I need direction for that too.
Is it ok to take them together? I just finished a colon cleanse and am on a juice fast. I want to do a liver flush, should I take the Dewormer awhile before the flush, or take it after? Take the kidney cleanse formula now or after the liver flush?
