Hello somegirlinct. I would like to ask something about what you said. I have leaky gut and I did have a huge problem with probiotics. They caused me severe diarrhea and I lost over 15lbs before I figured it out. My question is should I also stay away from things like kefir and yogurt? I have not had a leaky gut test in over a year, but a recent food test showed many food sensitivities so I'm guessing my gut is not healed. I do take L-Glutamine 15g/day at least.
