Hi Mo! Yes, you're right 3am is significant! The Liver is at it's peak operating time between 1am and 3am....then the Lungs kick in from 3am to 5am. Interesting...liver AND lung! Do you have any lung issues? A good thing to do to clear out the stale air from shallow nighttime breathing is...first thing in the morning take a deep breath (maybe by a window with fresh air!) then hold for 3 seconds. Breathe into your diaphram (don't elongate up...but breath into your diaphragm so that your lung/chest area expands out horizontally). This will be excellent for your lungs and blood!
