Sand Eating

Elephants are known to scrape off the top layers of soil until they get to clay, then eat it for the minerals it contains. They do this by instinct.

This girls sand eating should not be construed as an attempt to get healthy.

She did it because she was nuts due to being over acid in body chemistry.

Any health benefit that may have occured is overshadowed by the sheer amounts she ingested, obviously a subconscious attempt to kill herself.

Yes, she has greatly improved her health based on what she looked/acted/behaved like before. But there is such a thing as going too far, even if you think everything you are doing is "healthy" for you.

An example: A person is in an acid state, so they decide to "alkinalize" themselves. They eat raw foods and take supplements which force the body to become alkaline, like using coral calcium.

As they become more alkaline, they begin feeling better, and tell everyone about their discovery.

But they keep taking the supplements, which keeps pushing their body to become more alkaline, and after a few months they are now TOO alkaline and this can be as bad as being too acid.

They begin to get sick again and do not understand why. They figure they must need to take more supplements! Which pushes their body even further into an alkaline state. Now they are at 8.5+ on the pH scale, their body chemistry is unable to utilize the minerals in their diet, so the minerals just become eliminated.

Now they become angry, declare all supplements as useless garbage, and resign themselves to ill health because "i tried everything and i cannot get better"

Thats what will happen to this girl if she doesnt find some balance, and soon.

Also, I dont think those are stretch marks on her arms. I think they are scars from cutting herself repeatedly. Maybe both.

In any case, she is to be commended. And she is to be warned as well.

And That Is All
