Do you mix your oil with grape juice thoroughly?
I've also done about 11 flushes already and sometimes feel the same as you do. But to reduce the reaction I open a window wide and drink the mix while the fresh cool air make me feel fresh and moves away the smell I know so well now. So I don't find it that bad anymore.

To keep it down I would try to stay awake and on my feet untill I really want to sleep, doing some easy house work (washing dishes or ironing, for example)with windows open, for fresh air is important for me to get rid of nausea. It also helps to walk in special shoes with massaging surface or to spread some grains on a floor and walk on them untill you get rid of the sympthoms.
Another thing that helps me greatly is to have a small thin wet towel by my bad. When I feel nauseous I put the wet cool towel on my abdominal area and it makes me feel great and fresh.
Some people advise to suck on a slice of lemon or smell some fresh garlick.

However, if it will come out, don't be discouraged!
I remember it happened to my friend and myself (due to consuming some food and drinks after 6 pm, big mistake), but we had good results anyway. These was our 2 flush.
