you have to listen to your body. clearly 100 mg is way too much. i would scale back to 25 mg or even 12.5 mg. keep scaling back till you feel virtually no reaction at all. then from there you can very gradually build up to higher dosages. 100 mg right off the bat is a huge dosage for most people.
also, if doing a three day cycle works better for you then do that. its your body. you live in it, your doctor doesn't.
