Re: Can you do a liver flush without ornithine? Substitutes

Hi Kathy,
The ornithine is just a sleep aid and has nothing to do with the liver flush. Dr. clark recommends it for anyone that has trouble sleeping. She recommends it for the Liver Flush to make sure you sleep good through the night while your liver is doing it's work. She also recommends ornithine to help on the parasite cleanse because dead parasites leave ammonia behind and it helps with that.
I'm sure 99% of the people don't use the ozonated olive oil, I know I never have. I'm sure it's the best way to do it, but the flush will work fine without it.
