Start vegetable juicing every day. Try biofeedback as a way of reducing stress, the Bio-Tuner from SOTA comes to mind but there are many other options.
Read books by Wayne Dyer and other inspirational speakers to try and enter into a more positive frame of mind. This might sound hokey, but when I was at the point where I really couldn't take suffering anymore it was a lot of quality self-help books that helped to balance my mind and helped me look for solutions in the worst of situations at all times.
