Yeah I'd be interested in this as well, since I was just on the verge of scheduling an appointment with him for a second opinion (an educated one at that).
But cheapened out at the last second in fear he would be like most other worthwhile NDs I ran into charging $250+ per session. I tell ya free health care is not all its cracked up to be when its useless 95%+ of the time! Tweet
