surface area. you want a lot of surface area for evaporation.

if it were me i would use a pyrex pan, you know those glass pans that make great brownies and lasagna?

the more you spread out the liquid, the faster the water molecules can escape. air movement helps too.

heat doesnt sound good to me unless you have a known safe upper temp. then, in one of those pans in the oven.

you get the idea.
