The diet is lessening the "drunk and dazed" leaky gut reactions I was getting after eating an offending food...but my brain fog is still present.
I eat 100% organic. Turkey, chicken, bison, beef(rarely), garbanzo beans, mixed greens, spinach, broccoli, cauli, cukes, onions, tahini, homemade almond butter, lemons and limes, fresh cranberries, etc.
No physical therapies..currently.
I quit an office job..and now work on an organic farm..will be starting again in a month.
I would love to be able to read books..but my eyes literally jitter all over the page now..this just began in May of 2008..when I began to use antifungals. I was able to read when I was "just" depersonalized.
My current symptoms: Feel unreal..perceptual changes...cognitive problems..lose words...constant brain fog..made worse after I eat an offending meal..extreme chemical sensitivities..my brain fog is worse if I don't get at least 8 hours of sleep..Insomnia..fatigue..depression, anxiety..fear.
