Ditto to what Dquixote1217 says. Contrary to popular belief salt is our friend! Real salt, true salt, unrefined salt assists too many bodily functions to mention. One huge point is "good" salt helps reduce blood pressure (also contrary to popular belief). American Blue Green has some terrific info on salt at their website. For a bit, I did use Celtic salt but have since changed to a Himalayan crystal salt (not sold by American Blue Green).
