Chronic Sinusitis without symptoms?

I had an brain/skull MRI a little over 14 months ago suggesting that I may have Chronic Sinusitis. However,I don't really have any nasal symptoms at all. The only time my nose gets stuffy is when I have a cold or the flu. Is this possible? I am just curious if that's been cleared of itself because I didn't really take any medication for it since I didnt have sinus symptoms. I do have other mysterious and frustating symptoms such as lots of eye floaters, constant fatigue, muscle twitching muscle aches, tingling sensation all over, brainfog and headache.
