I don't think LGS is something diagnosed with an endoscope. I'm sure, like others have said, the holes are not big enough to see with the naked eye. Candida can affect various parts of the body without being actual candidiasis, which can be life-threatening. The ways in which candida can affect your many systems are subtle and varied, ranging from causing a lowering of your body's immune system to the causing of multiple allergies, all of which can affect many systems, such as the sinuses. Treatment is tailored to the person, but always based on the goals of strengthening the immune system, killing candida and any other pathogenic invader, and removing these pathogens.
