Thanks for details. I generally eat bread and honey in the morning and lentil, chickpeas, etc mixed with tomato sauce and onion (cooked of course) in the evening. Almost no lunch... And, 3 or 4 fruits everyday. That's pretty much what I eat.
What do you mean by raw vegan? No cooking? I am already underweight. If you can give details, I'd be pleased. BTW, it will, I believe, be difficult to get that healthy life if it is far away from what I am doing now. And, if dependence happens, I'd better stay away from using it for long periods. Is 1 week safe? Is it really true that it strengthens the intestinal muscles and they will be better after I cease using it?
