Re: Newbie: Coffee Enema?

There are plenty of sources that use up to a quart. There are concentrations that use as little as a teaspoon per quart. It's an evolution as to what you end up doing.

I've used up to a quart and the concentration I use still doesn't cause any "wired" reaction, which is more than a tablespoon per cup. Currently I use 7 tbsp in 5 cups and split it. Or 3 1/2 in 2 1/2 cups if I am only doing one dose.

I precede coffee with a thorough cleansing includng a plain water enema.

Some people put Epsom Salts in the solutions. I treat it like a Liver Flush and take one dose of Epsom Salts an hour or two before the coffee.

Other little details I've evolved (including preparation and follow-up, but you get the drift.
