'high fat diet' is a meaningless phrase


what kind of fat are we talking about here? Big Macs? Hot dogs? hormone infested beef? Hydrogenated oils? If so, then yes it is certainly a slow death

but what about olives avocados raw nuts farm fresh eggs etc.? Are those bad for the heart? I don't think so

But these studies always just use this meaningless phrase 'high fat diet'
