Re: I Need Advice On How To Control My Anxiety?

Valium or any other type of drug is never the answer.  Drugs come with dangerous side effects and even though you may feel temporary relief, in the end the anxiety becomes resistant to the drug in question making you need more and more.

The best way to combat anxiety is naturally.

Begin with diet.  This is very important.  Eliminate sugar, sweeteners, sweets, processed foods, junk foods, fast foods, comfort foods and go on a mostly raw diet, 80% raw, 20% cooked, consisting of skinless baked or boiled chicken, turkey, and fresh water fish.  Also note, those of us with anxiety are very often also hypoglycemic, so it is very important to monitor our intake of foods. Many of the anxiety symptoms can be caused by a hypoglycemic condition.

One supplement that has been found to reduce anxiety is Sutherlandia OPC.

Other important supplements to take are:

Colloidal Gold - This supplement will ease depression and balances brain chemistry.  It is important to get a good quality supplement from a trusted source and for this I refer you to Curezone Sponsor Utopia Silver,  I believe they have a special offer for first time customers, so call first.  Subsequent orders, use Coupon Code LR001 for a 15% discount if it is not on sale.

Plant derived trace minerals are very important.  A deficiency in trace minerals will cause anxiety.  Again, Utopia Silver has an excellent supplement called Liquid Life.  I specify Utopia Silver as quality in these supplements is of primary importance.  The coupon code referenced above can be used for all their supplements.

Iodine supplementation.  An iodine deficiency will also cause anxiety.  It would also be wise to have your thyroid checked.  This alone could be the culprit.  Then, I suggest you go to the iodine forum for advice on supplementation.

If the anxiety has an emotional source, this also must be addressed.  Talking to a therapist or someone you trust is advisable.  However, if the therapist suggests drug therapy, it is time to find another therapist.

The Emotional Freedom Technique is very effective against anxiety.  Keep in mind, it requires practice, so don't give up.

You will find that by implementing these methods, and I would suggest all of them, you will find that you feel better.

I wish you all the best,
