Last night I was having some anxiety so decided to use the BT7 on #3. It worked well for me. After about 3 consecutive sessions I felt like I finally unwound and forgot what I was stressing out about. I found my thoughts going to happier places. I find settings #2 and #4 to be a little to much obtrusive/pulsing for me to relax. Setting #3 the Schumann resonance does it for me. I think #6 is just a lighter version of #3, ie less juice. Your mileage may vary.
