I used to take several different supplements. I quit all of them cold turkey except a multi, fish oil and flax oil. I had no problems getting off of them. I actually feel alot better taking less.
Supplementing seems to be a big thing now. There are new herbal companies and vitamin shoppes popping up every where. I don't believe there any regulations on the quality of the supplements that are sold either so it is possible to get bad quality supplements.
