I have a bottle of handsanitizer on my medcart at work. Also, I spritz my nose with colloidal silver at least once a shift. My goal is to own a nebulizer where I do my own colloidal silver aerosols. I use to have a personal air purifier and have to get one of those again. Anyone living in a city, I highly recommend the wein mini mate.
