We buy it powdered for everything we mix into a powdered blend, and for making poultices & 'porridge'. I only keep the c/s for tea or tinctures. (I don't think it's in any tinctures).

I sure hope I didn't 'lead you astray' when I said I always tincture with c/s herbs - I *thunk* I mentioned that all the herbs for powdered blend I buy pre-powdered (because I can't see where it would make a different if M/R powders them or I do).
