Oh boy. don't blame all oils! There are actually some oils that do NOT store or have to begin digestion in the liver. They don't all clog up the body. Oils/fats are imPERATIVE for the human body. Wtihout them, we could not get 4 vital (if you don't get one of them you die mighty fast) vitamins: A, K, D, and E. It is lack of vitamin E that has caused my blindness. And it is lack of vitamin D that causes Depression in many many cases. K is in every single cell in the body, it regulates inflammation, water retention, acidity levels and so very much more, without K, we die. But it can only be transported by FAT.
Stick with the medium chain fatty acids: butter, coconut oil, red palm oil (which also contains high vitamin E) and olive oil is JUST over the medium chain limit, however still readily and easily absorbed by the body and does not CLOG the liver, but actually DECREASES clogging of the liver.
Don't abhor fats as the culprit. It's highly processed foods that are the culprit.
