Hey Molly!

Long time no see. I've been on a break and ready to get back to oil pulling in about a week. I have a new bottle of sunflower oil and almost started today but other things got in the way.

Op is a great way to detox and cheaper than a lot of products that are being sold out there.

Don't close up shop yet, summer is just around the corner!

I hope to post what I've been up to in a few weeks but wanted to say hi.
